![]() And then Azazel declared war for good measure. Fortuitously, both Throgg and Wulfrik were recovering at the time, and I was able to bring both Cromson and Redbeard to bear on the rats and take Hell Pit from them! Then there was a little tidying up to do, and it would be time to go on the offensive!Īnd then both Malagor, Morghur, and the Boneclubbers rogue army all spawned in Kislev in quick succession. That settlement was sacked, raided, occupied, and even razed over and over as I chased Norscan and Skaven factions all over the province.Įventually I caught a break and managed to whittle down Clan Moulder's armies to the point that I could strike at their base. My minor settlements were attacked repeatedly, and while my port (Sjoktraken) had a nice Landmark which let it fight off a few invasions the same was not true of Kraka Ravnsvake, the gateway into Kislev. I hurriedly recruited a second lord - a Dwarf Lord, Fahranaz Redbeard - and settled in to fight off the invaders while building up Kraka Drak and the rest of the Gianthome Mountains. There followed forty five turns of defensive war. Then Throt the Unclean declared war on me and I realised that I'd been had. Then Wulfrick came for me as well and progress stalled. I pushed into the Mountains of Hel, taking a few more settlements and beating back Throgg when he came for me. This is a trick, fooling you into thinking that you're ready to expand into Norsca. The game starts you with the whole of the Gianthome Mountains under your control, and also one settlement in the Mountains of Hel (Kraka Dorden). Thorgard Cromson has one of the hardest starts in Immortal Empires. ![]() It's been a fun campaign, and I feel like it's nearing its end, so I figured I'd ramble a bit about the campaign, the mod, and the state of Warhammer III. I'm playing as Kraka Drak, the Norse Dwarfs. Among other things, I've included Mixu's Legendary Lords, and Cataph's Southern Realms and Norse Dwarfs.
